Certifications
Certifications represent an external and independent assessment that attests to an organization’s compliance with specific ethical standards. They are issued by accredited third-party bodies following a thorough audit that verifies compliance with the established requirements.

SA 8000 certificate
Sagres has once again obtained SA 8000 certification.
This certification, which represents social responsibility, guarantees that the company cares about important issues for its employees, such as workplace safety, creating a discrimination-free working environment, establishing appropriate working hours, and other factors essential to the well-being of the people who work with us.

UNI PdR 125/2022 Standard – Gender equality
Sagres SpA has decided to adopt a system that guarantees gender equality by obtaining UNI PdR 125/2022 certification.
This standard uses a reference policy and company policies to promote the reduction of the gender gap in all areas of the company.
Our goal is to ensure that the entire life cycle of our resources is based on the principles of equal opportunities, inclusion, and meritocracy.

Synesgy certificate
Our company has achieved a score that places it in line with national and international best practices in terms of compliance with ESG principles.
ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance: three fundamental dimensions for verifying, measuring, monitoring, and supporting a company’s commitment to sustainability.

UNI EN ISO 18295-1:2017 certificate
Sagres S.p.A. has been audited and
found to comply with ISO 18295-1:2017 for the following activities: 24/7/365 multichannel inbound contact center activities for customer support and information services, emergency response services for technological system maintenance.
Policies
Company policies constitute group ethics. These are formal documents that set out the principles, values, and standards of behavior expected of all members who contribute to the company’s work. Company policies define a clear and shared frame of reference, indicating the guidelines to be followed in different situations.

Business ethics
We have created our business development model focused on the enhancement of human resources, compliance with current labor, safety, and privacy regulations, promoting the organizational well-being of our employees internally and fair competition with other companies operating in our market externally. At Sagres, everyone is required to comply with the Code of Ethics, starting with those who are called upon to set an example, such as managers, executives, and owners. Relations between management and employees are based on trust and collaboration.

The Italian Customer Service Association (AICS) promotes the development of professional skills related to Customer Service Management, acting as a cultural and professional reference point in Italy on Customer Care issues, addressing corporate and institutional managers who place the customer at the center of their administrative and management activities.

Founded in 1998 from the merger of AIREC and ASSOREC, UNIREC is the association that brings together credit protection service companies: from debt collection to credit purchasing and commercial information. Today, it has around 200 member companies, representing over 88% of the Italian debt collection market. In 2010, together with ADICONSUM, it founded EBITEC, the first National Bilateral Agency for Credit Protection.
Quality management with ISO 9001. ISO 9001 was designed as a business improvement tool for organizations of all sizes and represents the international benchmark for Quality Management Systems (QMS).
