Paola Crespo is the marketing and communication manager of Planasa, a company where she has been working for more than three years. Planasa is a leading company in the agri-food sector, specializing in vegetal innovation, nurseries and fresh products within berries, garlic and asparagus categories. Planasa is also one of the leading producers of fresh endive. The company operates in more than 25 countries and has more than 4,000 employees worldwide.

How was your need solved?

Sagres worked on two key projects for Planasa; first, Planasa’s need was to identify the level of customer satisfaction, through a targeted survey that led to surprising and very useful results for the company, analyzed with an innovative technology and an expert such as Sergio Rossini. Subsequently, a brand awareness research was carried out to help the marketing team of Planasa to make a key decision regarding the company’s flagship product on the Italian territory: the Candonga’s strawberry.
